Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Demonstrate PocketHost products and explain their benefits to prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversions and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product improvements.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, websites, mobile applications, or digital products.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
