Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand learners’ career goals and recommend the most suitable courses.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and value of Curiousozzy’s programs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled students by providing effective counseling and guidance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Stay updated with the company’s courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, telesales, or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
