Responsibilities
- Familiar with or quickly learning different lead generation methods.
- Help in managing and developing a database for lead generation.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media resources.
- Identify potential accounts and key decision-makers through research.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Help Business Development Managers through qualified leads & opportunities for further development and closure.
- Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers.
- Achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Candidates should have good business acumen.
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
