Job Description

The role:

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who understands both brand and commercial performance within a modern consumer business.

You’ll be involved across:

  • Brand strategy and campaign direction
  • eCommerce growth and customer acquisition
  • Paid media and agency management
  • EDM and retention initiatives
  • Organic social media and content strategy
  • Influencer and partnership activity
  • Creative shoots and campaign execution
  • Marketing team leadership and development
  • Reporting and performance analysis

About You

  • Strong experience within an eCommerce-first or Direct-to-Consumer business (essential)
  • Proven experience in a Brand Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar role
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how marketing drives growth
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and digital performance
  • Comfortable leading both strategy and execution
  • Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and internal teams
  • Strong creative judgement and communication skills

Experience within a high-growth consumer, fashion, lifestyle, footwear, beauty, or eCommerce brand will be highly regarded.
