Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our high-performing sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face engagement within an assigned geographic territory.
- Partnering with our existing Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customer base to identify growth opportunities and support the expansion of their businesses.
- Driving profitable revenue growth through strategic prospecting, new business acquisition, and effective pipeline management within your designated territory.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, generate market insights, and strengthen client partnerships.
- Managing and supporting key account activities, ensuring the effective handling of customer queries, claims, and service-related issues.
- Delivering exceptional account management support through proactive issue resolution and the consistent execution of contractual service commitments.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by fostering long-term relationships and delivering solutions that enhance customer value and business outcomes.
