• A qualification in IT (Advanced Diploma or Bachelor) with optionally relevant hands-on experience
• Someone who takes initiative and learns on the fly
• A great communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Friendly, well-presented, and reliable with strong time management
• Keen to learn and grow, with opportunities to progress to more senior roles within the team
• Genuine passion to help others
• Valid C-Class driver’s licence and access to a car
• any relevant experience in the following:
  • Supporting business desktops, Servers, M365 environments
  • Supporting Azure AD, Entra, Intune and Hyper-V
  • Networking experience with Fortinet and Ubiquiti

Your Day-to-day 

• Answer calls, lodging tickets and provide remote support to our customers
• Provide onsite support to clients across various industries
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers and networking equipment
• Deliver top-notch customer service with a smile
