Job Description

Responsibilities

Designing static and animated social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook — posts, carousels, stories, and reels
• Creating short-form video content and motion graphics for campaigns and product announcements
• Building and iterating on UI screens, landing pages, and product mockups in Figma
• Designing marketing assets including decks, one-pagers, banners, and brand collateral using Canva and Adobe tools
• Assisting in building and updating web pages and landing experiences on Webflow (no coding required)
• Maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints in line with Horrazon’s design system
• Collaborating directly with the CEO and Marketing & Growth team on content briefs and campaign rollouts

What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and at least one of — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or equivalent tools for video and motion
• A strong eye for composition, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Webflow or willingness to learn quickly
• Understanding of social media design formats and platform-specific best practices
• A portfolio (even a small one) — Behance, Instagram, Dribbble, Google Drive, anything that shows your work
• Self-starter attitude; you should be comfortable working with minimal hand-holding and maximum ownership
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Design, or a related field
