Your new role
In this Account Executive position, you’ll take responsibility for servicing and growing a portfolio of strata and property clients, working closely with internal stakeholders and insurer partners.
Rather than a purely transactional role, this position focuses on relationship management, advice delivery, and portfolio stewardship, giving you the opportunity to deepen your technical capability while building trusted client partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of existing clients across renewals and mid-term changes
- Advising clients on insurance solutions in line with regulatory requirements
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and manage policy placements
- Supporting new business opportunities through referrals and client relationships
- Ensuring documentation, compliance, and service standards are consistently met
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver strong client outcomes
What you’ll need to succeed
- Around 2–4 years’ experience in insurance broking
- Exposure to strata and/or commercial property insurance preferred
- Experience handling renewals and servicing a client portfolio
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients
- High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
