Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities and Coordinate with tutors
- Handle learner and tutor support and resolve queries via chat, call and email
- Ensure smooth onboarding of tutors and learners
- Follow up on pending tasks, feedback, and renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Tutor Ops, and Tech team
- Identify operational issues and escalate when required
- Support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in Operations, Customer Support, or EdTech is a plus
