Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement website updates, content changes, landing pages and basic web development tasks.
- Manage website deployment support, page publishing, online forms and website maintenance.
- Track, sort and coordinate website enquiries received through online forms, landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Help ensure enquiries are directed to the correct internal person or business unit and followed up appropriately.
- Monitor enquiry sources to help identify which websites, campaigns or pages are generating leads.
- Implement and maintain SEO campaigns, including keyword research, metadata, page titles, content optimisation and internal linking.
- Create, schedule and coordinate social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Execute social media campaigns, including preparing posts, captions, graphics and basic performance tracking.
- Assist with Google Ads or paid campaign setup, monitoring and maintenance where required.
- Prepare practical marketing content, including website text, short posts, captions, campaign material and promotional updates.
- Track website, SEO, enquiry and social media performance and prepare simple reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers and external providers to ensure tasks are completed.
- Keep digital marketing actions organised, current and moving forward.
- Ensure all online content is accurate, professional and aligned with the company’s brand.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practical experience in website administration, web updates or basic web development.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
- Basic understanding of website hosting, deployment and page publishing.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keywords, metadata, page titles and content optimisation.
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content.
- Ability to track, organise and follow up website enquiries.
- Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare simple, professional marketing content.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar tools would be beneficial.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe tools or similar platforms would be an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across different websites and businesses.
