Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct post-demo calls with high-intent leads to assess interest and address queries.
2. Collect customer feedback, monitor concerns, and initiate corrective actions whenever required.
3. Explain course details, program offerings, and associated benefits to prospective learners.
4. Coordinate with the Teaching Operations team to ensure timely closure of the feedback loop.
5. Follow up with prospective learners to drive conversions and enrollment decisions.
6. Assist candidates with the payment process and ensure the successful completion of enrollments.
