The Opportunity
As the CRM Specialist for TripADeal you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our direct customer communications. In this collaborative role, you will bring our travel deals to life by managing daily retail activations, BAU campaigns, and marketing automations across email and push notification channels. This position blends creative campaign copywriting and content coordination with hands-on technical execution, QA tracking, deployment, and performance reporting. Working closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Tech teams, you will play a key role in engaging our customers while building advanced capability across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal.
Organisational Structure
A Day in the Life
- Managing automated journeys and launching daily retail, BAU, and tactical marketing campaigns across email and push notification channels.
- Reviewing daily send performance, creating weekly performance snapshots, and analysing metrics like open rates, clicks, and conversions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with graphic designers, copywriters, and operations teams to align campaign messaging and creative assets.
- Utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal to execute audience segmentation, personalisation journeys, and audience augmentation.
- Performing comprehensive QA and testing on all campaign elements, including copy, links, pricing, formatting, and tracking before deployment.
- Navigating an upcoming platform migration by assisting with moving current automated journeys into a new marketing system.
To be a Front Running Candidate
- Demonstrated hands-on experience utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding in copywriting, editing, and content creation specifically for digital marketing channels like email and push notifications.
- Technical proficiency or exposure to audience segmentation, data targeting, and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Excellent attention to detail with proven experience managing end-to-end campaign QA, testing, and deployment workflows.
- A proactive, inquisitive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail campaign environment.
- Adaptability and a strong problem-solving drive to help manage a major system and platform migration.
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background check
