Responsibilities:
1. Provide counseling to students on academic and career paths, helping them make informed decisions.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment.
3. Manage sales team and provide support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
4. Utilize Salesforce to track student progress, manage leads, and analyze data to improve performance.
5. Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to ensure student success and retention.
6. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students on various career paths and opportunities.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and counseling to continuously improve our services.
