Job Description

The Marketing Video & Motion Artist handles the full video production pipeline, from in game capture to creating engaging marketing videos, trailers, social media content and user acquisition ads for different platforms, including Microsoft Store, Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox other performance channels. The goal is to create polished, dynamic and effective video content that attracts players, supports the game brand and encourages users to download or engage with our games. What it means on a daily basisProductionCreate high quality video content to support marketing, social media and user acquisition needs.

Manage the full video production process, including brief analysis, concept development, and delivery of the finished asset. Capture engaging in game footage directly from Unreal Engine or game build, with attention to camera work, composition, readability and emotion. Edit videos with a clear sense of rhythm, storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific expectations.

Create polished motion graphics to support the clarity, polish, and professional finish of each video. Design and animate title cards, end cards, text treatments, callouts, transitions, logo animations, graphic overlays and other motion elements. Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios, ensuring optimization for different platforms and distribution channels.
