Responsibilities
- High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct heavy outbound cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling to identify and engage key decision-makers across the Middle East.
- Pitching & Qualification: Effectively communicate value proposition, overcome gatekeepers, and strictly qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- End-to-End Sales Execution: Drive the sales cycle from the initial cold call to booking a discovery meeting, presenting our talent solutions, and securing the signed Service Agreement (SA).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in our CRM.
- Cultural Alignment: Adapt sales pitches and negotiation tactics to align with Middle Eastern business etiquette and buying behaviors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of B2B outbound sales, tele-sales, experience (experience selling HR tech, recruitment services, or SaaS is a plus).
- Market Knowledge: Prior experience selling into the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Language: Flawless spoken and written English. (Fluency in Arabic is a massive advantage but not mandatory).
- The “Hunter” DNA: High resilience, exceptional objection-handling skills, and a high tolerance for rejection. You thrive under the pressure of targets.
- Remote Work Readiness: A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup.
- Time zone Flexibility: Willingness to work Middle East Standard Time (Sunday through Thursday).
- English Fluency and Past Middle Experience is a Plus
