Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client calls
  • Manage appointments, scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain accurate practice records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Support daily administrative operations

Key Requirements

  • Fluent, professional spoken English with a clear, neutral phone manner that’s easily understood by Australian clients — assessed as part of the mandatory video submission
  • Ability to communicate confidently with international clients
  • Comfortable handling continuous phone-based communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service, client relations or administrative support
