Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Generate leads through on-ground outreach, cold visits, and networking
  • Pitch and demonstrate SwasthiQs EMR software to clinics and doctors
  • Build relationships with clinic owners, decision-makers, and staff
  • Convert prospects into paying subscribers
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the product team to share real user feedback
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 4 years of field sales experience (healthcare or clinic sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-driven and disciplined with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand and explain tech products

Bonus Points If You

  • Have sold EMR, EHR, SaaS, or healthcare tech products
  • Already have a network of clinics or doctors
  • Can handle objections confidently and persist through rejections
