Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with potential exporters through outbound calls and other outreach methods.
2. Understand customer requirements and explain ShipScout’s trade intelligence platform effectively.
3. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients.
4. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
7. Achieve weekly and monthly sales and outreach targets.
8. Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
9. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
10. Stay updated on international trade trends and ShipScout’s products to confidently address customer needs.
