Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Service Portal
- Configure and manage core platform capabilities including Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB / CSDM / Now Assist
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Design workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements
Who You Are
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, Portal)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities including Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, SLAs, and CMDB / CSDM
- Experience in scripting and customisation within the ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integration patterns
- Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
