Responsibilities

  • Assist customers over the phone and through live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help customers complete their purchases and answer product or order-related questions.

  • Resolve delivery-related concerns and other order-related issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
