Web Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites
• Optimize website performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement Technical SEO best practices and schema markup
• Work with PHP for website development and maintenance
• Migrate Bootstrap 4/5 projects and modernize frontend code
• Convert jQuery-based functionality to Vanilla JavaScript
• Improve Lighthouse scores and frontend performance
• Optimize DOM structure, CSS, JavaScript, and images
• Implement lazy loading and render optimization techniques
• Ensure accessibility compliance (ARIA/WCAG standards)
• Build reusable layouts and component-based architectures
• Perform code refactoring, cleanup, and performance enhancements
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and development teams
• Manage code repositories using Git and version control systems

Required Skills
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP (Mandatory)
• Experience with Bootstrap 4/5
• Knowledge of jQuery and Vanilla JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO principles
• Experience with Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse optimization
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with Schema Markup implementation
• Experience with image optimization (WebP, AVIF, Lazy Loading)
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
