Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with users through calls, WhatsApp, and email, offering warm and effective support.
  • Identify user needs and recommend the right membership plans with empathy and professionalism.
  • Follow up with interested users and convert leads into premium memberships.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including Sunday ad responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate video meets between users when required.
  • Maintain detailed call records, user feedback, and follow-up updates in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Share insights from user conversations to help improve our services and communication strategy.
  • Manage small WhatsApp communities or user groups to keep members informed and engaged.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Sales / Relationship Management (must).
  • Prior experience in matrimony or marriage-related services is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
