UX / UI Designer 

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design clean, intuitive, on-brand user experiences across web and mobile
• Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs
• Partner with tech, marketing and creative to bring ideas to life
• Use research, data and A/B testing to continuously improve the experience
• Define and own UX standards, conventions and best practice

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in UX / UI design roles
• Ecommerce experience on platforms like Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce
• Strong portfolio across Figma, Sketch and/or Adobe Suite
• Experience with A/B testing, design systems and component libraries
• A sharp eye for design and a real feel for consumer brand

Ideal Background

• Fashion, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle or other consumer-facing brand experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-led environment
