Job Description

Responsibilities:
● Handle international customer support calls for Amazon process in a professional manner.
● Communicate clearly, confidently, and politely with global customers.
● Understand customer queries and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
● Maintain premium voice quality, fluency, pronunciation, and professional call handling standards.
● Follow process instructions, quality guidelines, compliance rules, and daily work updates.
● Coordinate with the team for smooth customer support and process performance.
● Maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistency while working from home.

Requirements:
● Candidate must have exceptional English communication skills.
● English fluency should be stronger than normal excellent communication level.
● Minimum 1 year international calling experience is mandatory.
● Candidate should be clear, confident, professional, and comfortable with international voice process.
● Candidate must be comfortable with 100% work-from-home setup.
● Candidate must have strong Wi-Fi with minimum 100 Mbps speed.
● Candidate should be ready for immediate joining.
