Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze product images uploaded by users and identify the exact product.

2. Search and locate the corresponding product URL from country-specific e-commerce websites and marketplaces.

3. Verify product details such as brand, model number, specifications, packaging, color, size, and variant before confirming a match.

4. Ensure high accuracy in matching products across multiple regions and countries.

5. Perform reverse image searches and utilize online tools to identify products efficiently.

6. Research products across various categories including consumer goods, electronics, fashion, home & kitchen, industrial products, and more.

7. Maintain quality standards and document product identification processes.

8. Work closely with product, operations, and data teams to improve product matching accuracy.

9. Handle large volumes of image-based product search requests within defined SLAs.
