Client Servicing Specialist – Design & Development

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the design & development teams during night shift operations

2. Understand client requirements, project objectives, and business goals to ensure accurate project execution

3. Coordinate with designers, developers, and project managers to manage timelines and deliverables effectively

4. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, revisions, and approvals

5. Prepare project briefs, meeting notes, and status reports to ensure smooth workflow management

6. Handle client feedback professionally and ensure all changes are communicated clearly to internal teams

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality service and timely delivery

8. Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle
