About the role

You will design, build and maintain custom business applications and e-commerce integrations, turning business requirements into working, well-tested software.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal business applications (order processing, back-order management, invoice reconciliation).
• Develop and maintain integrations that synchronise our Magento and Shopify platforms (APIs, data sync).
• Design and manage databases; build data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Build internal decision tools used for commercial decisions.
• Test, debug, document and maintain applications across the development lifecycle.

Skills and experience

• Degree in IT, software/computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and maintaining business or web applications and integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL; experience with APIs and databases.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento) and cloud (such as Google Cloud) is highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
