Job Description

• Level – 1 onsite IT support.
• Traveling to customer locations to provide on-site support.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting laptops, PCs.
• Intune enrollments for given laptops, PCs.
• Deploy SOE images to existing or new hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to the SOE and deployed applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the SOE.
• Work with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows).
  • Experience with SOE imaging tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with application packaging and deployment methods.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
• Experience:
  • Relevant experience in IT, desktop support, or SOE engineering.
