Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and conduct high-quality telephonic interactions with prospective customers
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of Learn2Read’s programs to parents and students
- Drive the end-to-end pre-sales process, including need identification, program explanation, and demo class scheduling
- Execute timely and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Candidate Profile
- Graduates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer support
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory) and basic Hindi.
- High level of confidence and clarity in customer interactions
- Ability to handle objections and engage in persuasive conversations
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection
