Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads and conduct high-quality telephonic interactions with prospective customers
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of Learn2Read’s programs to parents and students
  • Drive the end-to-end pre-sales process, including need identification, program explanation, and demo class scheduling
  • Execute timely and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Candidate Profile

  • Graduates
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer support
  • Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English (mandatory) and basic Hindi.
  • High level of confidence and clarity in customer interactions
  • Ability to handle objections and engage in persuasive conversations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection
