Job Description

 Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Drive direct sales to Key Accounts within an established territory and to achieve personal sales budget.
  • Sales of our own wines to new and existing customers.
  • Work with the WA State Sales Manager and Sales Director to ensure account objectives are met.
  • Review sales achievement (actual) against budgets and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Participate in tastings of selected wines from the portfolio.
  • Wine tastings in store at at various events
  • Taking part in Promotional opportunities such as wine shows

The Successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be a proven performer in a sales focused role. 

Skills required:- 

  • Proven experience in sales is considered essential and proven track record
  • Ability to exercise initiative and solve problems
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, persuasive/sales ability
  • Friendly, strong customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team and/or alone.
  • Able to work in a pressured environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast past paced and busy organisation
  • Knowledge of the Wine Industry is desirable
