Junior Digital Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer who’s ready to grow their skills across both design and digital in a busy agency environment. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, contribute to a broad range of client projects, and build confidence across the tools and platforms we use every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing across digital and print, including social media, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Assisting with development and updating websites using WordPress, Shopify, and similar CMS platforms.
• Supporting senior team members on client projects and sitting in on client meetings.
• Handling ad hoc design and web requests with a focus on accuracy and turnaround.
• Contributing to ongoing retainer work across a diverse client base.

What we’re looking for

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design work. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow briefs closely.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects at once.
• A genuine interest in learning and developing within a fast-paced agency setting.

Bonus points for

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Any exposure to SEO basics or on-page optimisation.
