Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Provide accurate information about our foreign language courses, schedules, and admission process.
  • Guide prospective students and resolve their queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain records of inquiries and student interactions.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when necessary.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with interested candidates.
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive student experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass (pursuing graduation preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
