Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and Convert inbound B2B Leads
  • Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retail partners
  • Develop relationships with builders, contractors, RWAs, and commercial clients
  • Pitch Neo Elect’s solar lighting products and close deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and support
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably electrical, lighting, solar, or hardware)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in field sales / channel sales preferred
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of solar or electrical products is a plus
  • Comfortable with travel within the city/region
