Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.
  • Build and strengthen the Chapter G brand identity.
  • Plan and manage product launch campaigns.
  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, models, and influencers.
  • Coordinate product photoshoots and content creation.
  • Manage email marketing and customer engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the Founder on long-term brand growth.

Requirements

  • Experience building or managing a fashion brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience working with influencers and content creators.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
