Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.
- Build and strengthen the Chapter G brand identity.
- Plan and manage product launch campaigns.
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Work with photographers, videographers, models, and influencers.
- Coordinate product photoshoots and content creation.
- Manage email marketing and customer engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Founder on long-term brand growth.
Requirements
- Experience building or managing a fashion brand.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
