Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies across platforms, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and shortlisting suitable profiles.
2. Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling and sharing regular updates on recruitment progress.
3. Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system, monitor recruitment pipelines, and prepare detailed HR and recruitment activity reports.
4. Support onboarding processes by managing employee documentation, employment contracts, HR policies, and employee records.
5. Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures throughout the employee lifecycle.
6. Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal training initiatives, and overall HR operations.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
