Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
5. Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
6. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
7. Support in offer roll-outs, onboarding, and documentation.
8. Assist with basic HR operations such as attendance and employee engagement.
