System Administrator

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and supporting workplace platforms, endpoint management solutions, and internal business systems;
• Developing and maintaining automations, integrations, and API-driven workflows for user lifecycle management and IT operations;
• Working with infrastructure-as-code and automation-driven approaches;
• Supporting and improving our custom IAM ecosystem and integrations across various internal and external services;
• Troubleshooting and maintaining Windows, macOS, and Linux environments;
• Collaborating with engineering and DevOps teams on internal tooling, security, and operational improvements;
• Exploring and applying AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and productivity;
• Participating in occasional business travel when needed.

What makes you a great candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, IT Operations, or a similar technical role;
• Strong understanding of modern workplace, identity, and endpoint management solutions;
• Experience administering cloud-based productivity and collaboration platforms;
• Experience building or maintaining integrations, automations, and API-driven workflows;
• Good scripting and automation skills;
• Open-minded approach towards modern, non-standard, and evolving IT environments;
• Practical troubleshooting skills across cloud services, endpoints, identity systems, and networks;
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern operational practices;
• Ability and willingness to travel when required.
• Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, identity governance, and user lifecycle management concepts.

Extra expertise we appreciate:

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, infrastructure-as-code, and automation-driven environments;
• Experience working with Microsoft cloud ecosystem technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, and modern endpoint management;
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and integrations;
• Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and workflow-driven operational processes.
