Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Diversify the company’s product portfolio, including evaluating and managing import opportunities where required.
2. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across manufacturing industries in India.
3. Build, lead, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth targets.
4. Provide technical support to customers and assist with semiconductor product integration.
5. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop effective customer solutions.
6. Conduct product demonstrations, customer training sessions, and technical presentations.
7. Support design reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging of semiconductor applications.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization.
10. Serve as a technical advisor, providing support and solutions for capacitor and semiconductor-related applications.
