What You’ll Do

• Own how LHV looks and feels across every touchpoint
• Lead the evolution of our brand as we grow across Europe
• Design and shape websites, landing pages and digital experiences
• Push our web experience further through motion, interaction and storytelling
• Create campaigns, guidelines, presentations and brand assets
• Lead a small team while staying deeply involved in the work
• Set the standard for craft, quality and creative ambition
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in brand, digital or web design
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional websites, digital experiences or digital-first brand work
• Strong web design skills and an understanding of interaction, motion and modern digital experiences
• Comfortable moving from concept to execution using modern creative tools, including AI
• Experience leading projects, brands or teams
• High standards, strong taste and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
