Job Description

The Role

We are hiring a female Video Editor / Creative Strategist to elevate our short-form output across organic and paid channels.

You will:

  • Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and video ads from our content library
  • Improve existing winning paid ads through better hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Turn LazyLines scripts into native-feeling videos
  • Create green screen videos and design or source green screen background graphics
  • Build trend-driven carousel posts using Reel.Farm
  • Proactively pitch new creative ideas using:
  • Platform trends
  • Triple Whale performance data
  • High-performing Latico ads and posts

You will work directly with:

  • Social Media Lead for organic content
  • Ads Support for paid ad creative

You will have access to performance data so edits are intentional, not guesswork.

Tools & Workflow

  • CapCut (preferred, we already use it)
  • Premiere Pro / After Effects welcome
  • Google Drive for assets
  • Notion for task management
  • LazyLines for scripts
  • Triple Whale for performance insight
  • Reel.Farm for trend and carousel inspiration

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience editing short-form social content
  • Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
  • Ecommerce or DTC brand experience
  • Fluent English (written + spoken)
  • Ability to follow direction and push creative boundaries
  • Strong visual taste and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
  • Based in ASIA or LATAM (Brazil strongly encouraged)
