Technical Creative Content Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating creative and engaging content to explain, promote and educate users on the company’s technology products and digital tools.
- Produce product explainer videos, product demo videos, feature walkthroughs, product launch content, onboarding and training videos, workflow demonstrations, AI feature showcase videos, presentation support visuals and campaign creatives.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing and Training teams to understand product features and translate them into simple, user-friendly and visually engaging content for internal and external platforms.
- Plan, shoot and edit video content while supporting social media and digital content initiatives across various platforms.
- Design creative assets and visuals to support campaigns, presentations and product launches.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, content styles and AI tools to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design or related fields.
- Relevant experience in content creation, video production or creative media related role.
- Proficient in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or equivalent.
- Strong creativity, storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
- Experience in technology or AI-related content creation will be an added advantage
