Power Platform Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that enhance user experience, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
  • Power Pages
  • Power Automate (Cloud flows)
  • Power BI dashboards and reports
• Apply UX/UI design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve engagement and usability.
• Implement robust business logic, integrations, and reusable components following best practices and governance standards.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Dataverse
  • External systems via APIs and connectors
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support:
  • Defect resolution
  • Enhancements
  • Deployment activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
  • Power Automate (flows)
  • Power BI
  • Power Pages
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and data modelling.
• Proficiency in:
  • UX/UI design principles
  • Building responsive and accessible applications
• Knowledge of:
  • Integration patterns (REST APIs, connectors)
  • Environment strategy and solution lifecycle management (ALM)
• Familiarity with:
  • Azure services (nice to have)
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for customisation)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
