Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality graphic designs using Photoshop, Canva, and AI design tools for social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing materials
  • Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos) for multiple brand pages
  • Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Instagrram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for 2-3 brands
  • Write engaging captions and ensure brand-consistent tone and visual identity for each brand
  • Schedule and post content across platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages
  • Stay updated on social media trends, design trends, and platform algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and promotions
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator a plus) and AI-based design tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) for Reels/Shorts
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media graphics and short-form video work
  • Understanding of social media best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and adapt tone/style accordingly
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
