Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts as content formats — not just platforms
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes content stop a scroll
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and brands in parallel without dropping quality
  • Clear communication and ability to work within structured briefs and feedback cycles
  • A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant social content work.
  • Able to use Premiere Pro, CapCut

Qualification:

  • Cut and edit short-form video content (15–90 sec) optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Apply motion graphics, captions, sound design, and trending audio
  • Work from creative briefs to deliver platform-ready content on tight turnarounds
  • Maintain brand consistency across 10 consumer brands simultaneously
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from social leads
  • Develop content angles, hooks, and narrative structures for short-form video scripts
  • Write detailed briefs that give editors and designers everything they need
  • Monitor platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and translate them into brand-relevant ideas
  • Conduct competitive research and identify content gaps and opportunities per brand
  • Collaborate with analytics on what’s working and build on high-performing formats
