Job Description

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other owned channels for performance marketing.
    • Work closely with the team leads to create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on performance marketing spends.
    • Create, execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize ROI.
    • Create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence.
    • Innovate and present new marketing opportunities and strategies focused on customer acquisition.
    • Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on regular basis and prepare performance reports
    • Work towards growing the product via online PR, Influencers, Sponsorships, etc.
    • Create, launch and manage email campaigns for mass emails, database, and internal users.
    • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
    • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
    • Proficiency with on-site and off-site SEO strategies and best practices.
    • Ability to implement backend technical aspects of SEO such as metadata, redirects, image alt tagging, sitemap generation, robots.txt, error testing, etc.
    • Experience with paid advertising and SEM including management of Google Ad campaigns.
  • – Social Media Management – experience creating publishing engaging content and managing channel followers.
  • – Experience working on Google Analytics – setup, configuration data analysis.
    • Proven track record of delivering tangible results on improving ranking, traffic, and conversions.
    • Should possess excellent analytical thinking, communication, and writing skills.

Required Skills

  • Full training will be given for the work, but you have to be equipped with the following skills –
    • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
    • Solid expertise in the campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
    • Must possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
    • Must be a highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
    • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
    • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
    • Ability to manage and lead a team of content writers, designers, SEO and digital marketing executives.
