Job Description

Responsibilities

• • Creating and delivering stunning animation and motion design assets across a variety of media.
  • Working with and assisting the creative team to select audio, video, colors, and animation style for the project.
  • Brainstorming and problem-solving when it comes to visualizing complex technical concepts.
  • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets, and the web.
  • Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
  • Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Create best-in-class motion for brand identities, social media etc.
  • Producing story-based motion graphics.
  • End-to-end ownership from conceptualization to storyboarding, editing, animation, and finalization.
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
  • Creatively use a visual design or video to communicate an idea, concept, or story.
  • Keep up to date with the latest motion and design trends.
  • Work with the creative team to understand the project scope and objectives.
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Full Day & Saturday Half-Day.

Required Skills

• • You have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of the sample project.
  • You have a keen eye for design and aesthetic.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your idea.
  • You have a never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
  • You have the ability to create motion, interaction, and/or animated visuals within a given brand/visual identity.
  • Ability to independently ideate, create, and troubleshoot through a production pipeline.
  • A professional degree in Motion Graphics or Animation is a plus.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Other Possible proficiency:
  • Cinema 4D
  • Premiere
  • Final Cut Pro
  • Adobe Animate (previously Flash)
  • 3D Modelling and Animation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
