What will you be doing
- Analyse player behaviour, trends, and performance drivers across Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker
- Support Marketing, CRM, and VIP teams with actionable insights on retention, segmentation, player value, and lifecycle performance
- Evaluate acquisition performance across channels, including ROI, conversion, CAC, and LTV
- Write and optimise SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and deep-dive investigations
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor key business and marketing KPIs
- Ensure reporting accuracy and KPI consistency across data sources and business areas
- Deliver both ad-hoc and strategic analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives
Does this sound like you
- You bring 4+ years of experience in BI, marketing analytics, or data analysis
- You have strong experience in the iGaming industry and understand key gaming and marketing KPIs
- You have advanced Excel and SQL skills and can write clean, efficient SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, performance tuning)
- You have experience working with Tableau (building dashboards, calculations, filters, parameters, basic LODs).
- You have excellent analytical skills and can translate data into meaningful business insights
- You are detail-oriented and care deeply about data quality, accuracy, and consistency
- You communicate clearly and work confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
