Your Mission:

  • Customer Advocate: You work closely with our clients, assist with proposal creation, and present complex topics in a clear and understandable way.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Actively shape the direction of our workflow team and its solutions.
  • Team Empowerment: Support the professional and personal growth of your team members through coaching and mentoring.
  • Project Excellence: Assist your team in the technical implementation of customer projects (design, implementation, QA), ensuring adherence to our quality standards.
  • Support Expertise: Collaborate with our Service Managers in software support and confidently manage escalations.
  • Technology Scouting: Monitor the market, assess new technologies, and integrate them into our frameworks.
  • Documentation Professional: Create and review technical documentation.
  • Business Mindset: Contribute to tenders, support with effort estimations, and maintain a focus on business responsibility.
  • Communication Talent: Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, and foster collaboration within the team and across departments.

Your Profile:

  • Strong Foundation: University degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical education.
  • Experience Matters: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable role.
  • Technology Expert: In-depth expertise in the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of complex IT systems, as well as strong knowledge in software architectures and cloud computing.
  • Agile DNA: Extensive experience in agile project execution using Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Communication Strength: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Solution-Oriented: Structured and solution-oriented mindset, with an independent and proactive working style.
  • Team Spirit: Strong ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (minimum level C1).
