Job Description

Role:

Hiring a CRM & Technical Support Executive to manage client support, CRM setup, technical operations, and digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CRM demos & client training
  • Provide technical support & resolve issues
  • Configure workflows, pipelines & campaigns
  • Manage websites, landing pages & funnels
  • Handle WhatsApp API, SMS, IVR & automation tools
  • Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage social media & lead generation
  • Support sales team with demos & follow-ups

Skills Required:

  • Basic CRM & digital marketing knowledge
  • Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads
  • Basic graphic/video editing
  • Good communication & client handling skills

Preferred Profile:

  • Background in IT / Digital Marketing / CRM / Tech Support
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident & presentable
