Job Description

 The Junior Account Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first and primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Develop strong relationship and trust with clients by providing exceptional support
  • Monitor and analyze client campaign performance, including conveying regular updates, new requests and reports to them
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, creative, analytics) to ensure projects are executed on time and per requirements
  • Be the lead person to execute overall campaign set up on the SKALE platform per the requirements
  • Work alongside Senior Account Managers to ensure overall user experience is smooth
  • Be the key person to follow up with clients on items required from them based on project timeline and to translate commercial requirements into briefs for internal team coordination
  • Actively drive testing of platform alongside clients and senior account managers before it goes live
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts

  • Analytical
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, min 1 to 2 years work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Asana
